- ➤ Clermont Garden Club members loan plants to Cooper Memorial Library and City Hall each month to boost horticulture awareness. - ➤ Lake County officials announced that the property nomination window reopens on Feb. 13 and remains open until April 17 to support conservation efforts for drinking water, natural areas, and new parks and trails. SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ South Lake FCA hosted its first annual girls’ flag football pre-season jamboree at East Ridge High School last week, where 119 athletes from six schools practiced plays (including scrimmages) and shared inspirational prayers. Regular season games will begin this week. South Lake Tablet
