- ➤ Lake County Schools hosted the 5th Annual Lake County College & Career Expo in Clermont on Dec. 11, where 600 students learned about local college and career options. The event featured more than 80 local vendors and school buses taking all public high schools and homeschool programs. South Lake Tablet
- ➤ At a Lake County school on Friday morning, Principal Reanna Boardway dressed as the Elf on the Shelf and sprayed water on cars to boost student attendance before the holidays, partnering with Eustis Fire Department (absences have been cut by half compared to last year). WESH
