DreamCatcher Horse Rescue will hold its Dream Horse Journey fundraiser on Saturday, October 25 at 6:30 p.m. at its facility at 10639 Toad Road in Clermont—featuring horse performances that support rescue efforts.

Edin Lurduy, owner of Mecatos Bakery & Cafe, credits strong community support and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for helping him grow his Colombian pastry business from a single store to nine locations in Central Florida.
