- ➤ The Clermont Fire Department expanded its Junior Fire Cadet program to include more teenagers aged 14 to 19 for training in firefighting, rescue operations and emergency medical services—meetings are held every second and fourth Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Clermont Fire Station #1, and the program that began in April aims to prepare youth for future fire academy attendance.
