REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Wayne Weatherbee bought the historic AS Auto building in downtown Clermont to expand his auto repair shop but the city denied his request because a 1991 zoning change barred auto repairs—this led to a long court fight before he died on New Year’s Day, and his daughter later sold the property for $1.05 million with a deal that lets a new off-leash dog bar open in December.
