- ➤ Tropical Depression Three has formed off the southeastern coast and heavy rain is already falling in central Florida — some areas have seen up to two inches today. Forecasters say the storm may upgrade to Tropical Storm Chantal by around 2:00 p.m. tomorrow and caution residents about potential flooding if the rain persists. WESH
