- ➤ The Central Florida Expressway Authority approved a $4.2 billion five-year work plan that will extend the 414 toll road to I-4 in Maitland and complete the Lake-Orange Expressway from U.S. 27 to State Road 429 in Clermont—adding road extensions in Poinciana and extra lanes on several expressways, with the design for the 414 project finishing early next year and construction scheduled to begin in early 2027.
