- ➤ On Friday, June 13 at noon, Clermont closed the qualifying period for City Council seats 2 and 4. Bryan L. Bain and Tod Howard will appear on the November 4 ballot for Seat 2 while Chandra L. Myers qualified unopposed for Seat 4 — so no election is needed. South Lake Tablet
