Good morning, Clermont.

The Clermont Historical Society will host historian Doris Bloodsworth on July 4 for two programs celebrating the Declaration signing’s 250th anniversary at the train depot (490 West Ave near South Lake Trail and Lake Minneola); the first starts at 1:30 p.m. and the second at 2:30 p.m. with free copies.

The Keep Pedaling Foundation offers six weeks of free therapy through its Cycle of Support program for adults + children 7 and up, available in-person or virtually.

Participants must attend all sessions and engage with their assigned therapist as space is limited.

Central Florida community members can sign up for a free 7.5-hour youth mental health first aid certification course offered by Rise Community Solutions (partnering with NAMI Central Florida).

The course, available to those 18 and older, provides a three-year certification upon completion; registration is open with dates confirmed by email.
