- ➤ A Lake County man from Brazil was arrested in Clermont after he allegedly attacked a husband and wife during the repossession of his Ford SUV—he is held on felony battery charges with an ICE detainer and his court date is set for June 16. WESH
- ➤ A Lake County man identified as Gage Carpenter was arrested on May 20 after allegedly pointing a handgun and threatening to kill another man during an altercation in Leesburg—deputies used a K‐9 unit and aerial guidance to locate him. Fox 35 Orlando
