Interim Chief John Graczyk — a former Marine who worked his way up through the ranks — has been named Clermont’s top cop until Interim City Manager Rick Van Wagner makes a decision on a permanent chief after Chief Broadway left in March.
He is filling officer vacancies and planning a real time crime center to improve response times along with more community events.
