- ➤ Pam Schmitz from the Clermont Woman’s Club thanked the Ladies Auxilliary of the William A. Suggs Memorial VFW Post 5277 for donating to the Flight to Honor campaign—which helps fly female veterans to tour Washington D.C.—and Greater Florida Woman’s Club President Sara Dessureau said the club will work to raise $150,000 to cover flight costs.
