  • Mt. Dora Mayor James Homich proposed a joint planning agreement to stop rezoning rural lands for suburban use in Lake County. The proposal will be discussed at a planning meeting (May 18) aimed at preserving local character amid rapid development.  News 6

  • The Venue, a new event space at 2400 South U.S. Highway 27, will soon open after replacing the former Grace O’Malley’s Irish Pub.
