- ➤ One person died after a three-vehicle collision on US 27 near Sawgrass Bay Blvd in Lake Co Saturday at around 11:30 p.m., when a Grand Marquis struck a motorcycle and a third vehicle rear-ended the Marquis (the Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash). Fox 35 Orlando
- ➤ Three people died and one is in critical condition after a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee left the road along SR 19 just south of Saint Florian Lane in Lake County early Sunday when the driver missed a left-hand curve—none of the four occupants wore seat belts. Fox 35 Orlando
- ➤ At 3:15 a.m. early Sunday, a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee lost control on State Road 19 near Saint Florian Lane in Lake County when it failed a left-hand curve and struck a pole—killing three people, including a 30-year-old driver from Mount Dora and one passenger at the scene, with another passenger now in critical condition. - ➤ On March 27th, Clermont held a farewell luncheon for Police Chief Chuck Broadway, who retired after 15 years to join the Kissimmee Police Department as chief.
