- ➤ The Kiwanis Club of Clermont continues to support Building Blocks Ministries and programs that help people with special needs build leadership skills and serve their community. At a recent meeting, the club thanked Paula Whetho and Jillian Powell for their work— their efforts provide essential education and resources in South Lake County. South Lake Tablet
- ➤ The Kiwanis Club of Clermont supports the Heartbeat of Hope Golf Tournament (April 11) at Legends Golf and Country Club as the Carroll L. and Barbara B. Fulmer Family Foundation presents a day of golf to raise funds for The Neighborhood Center of South Lake (which helps local families). Space is limited so early registration is encouraged. - ➤ The Clermont Garden Club has chosen the garden of dedicated gardeners Arlene and Bruce Clements at 14728 Green Valley Blvd as its March Yard of the Month for 2025—featuring bright Yellow Angel trumpet bushes and many other plants. Residents may view the garden and join the 19th Garden Walk on April 12 from 9:00 am–2:00 pm at the clubhouse on West Ave. South Lake Tablet
