Join us at Silhouette Island Sanctuary, home of the SiS Foundation, for a women’s day retreat that brings together mindfulness, movement, creativity, nourishment, and connection in a memorable setting.

Here, rescued exotic animals receive safety, compassion, and lifelong care. Their stories invite us to explore how the kindness, presence, and patience we extend to other living beings can also shape the way we care for ourselves.

Throughout the day, you’ll gather with a supportive community of women for experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself and enjoy the world around you. From grounding yoga and a heart-opening cacao ceremony to creative reflection and an outdoor sound meditation, there is space for both quiet moments and shared joy.

You’ll also learn about the sanctuary’s mission and meet its animal ambassadors, including Kynsie and Kingston.

Your Retreat Journey

We’ll begin with grounding yoga and cacao, creating space to arrive, set an intention, and connect with the women sharing the day with you.

During the morning, you’ll have dedicated time to meet local wellness providers and retreat sponsors. Explore their offerings and discover resources within Clermont and the surrounding Central Florida community, building connections that can continue beyond the retreat.

Through a mindfulness workshop and guided reflection, we’ll explore compassion, self-awareness, and practices you can bring into everyday life.

Midday, we’ll gather for a nourishing catered vegetarian lunch, generously sponsored and provided by Mervana Wellness. Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal and time for conversation.

The day also includes creative expression, opportunities to learn about SiS Foundation and the animals in its care, and personal reflection. We’ll close with an immersive outdoor sound meditation beneath the Florida sky.

Meet Your Retreat Hosts Kelly Kinsey Founder, SiS Foundation Kelly Kinsey is the founder of the SiS Foundation and Silhouette Island Sanctuary. Through her vision and dedication, she has created a sanctuary where rescued exotic animals receive lifelong care while inspiring compassion, conservation, education, and community connection.

Ramona Crabtree-Falkner Founder, Authentic Life Journey Ramona Crabtree-Falkner is a mindfulness coach, speaker, author, and retreat facilitator. With 24 years of experience in holistic wellness and entrepreneurship, she creates experiences that help women reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and intentional living.

Your participation supports both a meaningful experience for the women attending and the ongoing care of the animals who call the sanctuary home.

An optional donation is available during registration for those who wish to contribute further. If you’re unable to attend, you can still support the sanctuary through a donation.

Location and Arrival Details The retreat takes place at a private residence in Clermont, Florida. The full address and parking instructions will be provided in your confirmation email after registration.
