Clay Island Trailhead, Astatula, FL 34705

About this event

This is a great place to see a few Birds, Armadillos, and Gators. We will walk along the road/trail pass multiple waterways all the way back to the tower on Lake Apopka; there is not a lot of shading initially so I emphasize a hat and sunscreen.

I recommend comfortable walking/hiking shoes, Deep Woods bug spray, sunscreen, fluids for hydration, snacks/food, an umbrella/hat, and your spirit of adventure and fellowship, but we do live by the creed "Hike Your Way"...Be ready to get fresh air, exercise, engage in diverse conversations, and make some new Connections!!

If you need to cancel, please change your RSVP from "YES" to "NO". We realize things can change and it's not a big deal if you change your RSVP to avoid the "No-Show"...Thank you...JAP3
